Subscription pricing is only available while your subscription remains active.

How Subscription Works

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Cocoon Original to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery schedule until you cancel.

Your subscription will automatically renew on each billing date unless canceled before the next renewal.

Billing

  • Your first payment is charged immediately when the order is placed.
  • Future orders are automatically charged based on your selected delivery frequency.
  • The discounted subscription price applies only to recurring subscription orders.
  • Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated during checkout.

Manage or Cancel Anytime

You may:

  • Skip your next order
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

at any time through your customer account.

To avoid the next recurring charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

Subscription Reminder

You will receive an email notification before your next recurring order is processed (when applicable).

Please review your subscription details and make any changes before the billing date.

Refund Policy

Because subscription orders are automatically generated based on your authorization:

  • We do not issue refunds simply because a recurring payment was forgotten or overlooked.
  • If you no longer wish to receive future shipments, please cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our Customer Support before contacting your bank.

We are committed to resolving any billing concerns quickly.

Chargeback Policy

If you do not recognize a subscription charge, please contact Cocoon Original first.

Opening a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your subscription account while the dispute is under review.

  • Subscription cancellation
  • Refund eligibility
  • Delivery issues
  • Payment updates

Most issues can be resolved within 1–2 business days.

Agreement

By selecting "Subscribe & Save" during checkout, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand this is a recurring subscription.
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically based on your selected schedule.
  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date.
